we are going to prepare the simplest and the tastiest chicken macaroni that you

Ingredients for Chicken Macaroni:

Chicken
(boneless small cubes): 500 grams
·
Macaroni: 500
grams
·
Onion: 02 medium-sized
·
Yogurt: 4
tablespoons
·
Ginger Garlic
paste: 2 tablespoons
·
Tomatoes: 2
·
Red chills: 1
tablespoon
·
Black pepper
Powder: 1 teaspoon
·
Green chilies
chopped: 4
·
Turmeric
powder: ½ teaspoon
·
Mixed spices:
¼ teaspoon
·
Oil: half cup
·
Salt: to
taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Take a large pan and boil 5 glasses of water with 1 tablespoon salt
- Add macaroni and boil for 12 minutes or until macaroni are done (chew it to check)
- Keep it aside
- Take half cup of oil in the saucepan, add onion and fry till light brown
- Now add chicken and sauté for 2 minutes
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for three minutes
- Add red chili, turmeric, tomatoes, salt, yogurt, and black pepper and cook for a while
- Cover the saucepan with lid and cook till the chicken is almost done
- Now cook on high heat for 5 minutes till oil separates out.
- Now add boiled macaroni, mix it and sprinkle mixed spices
- Add green chopped green chilies and cover with lid
- Reduce the fire to minimum and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
- Garnish with salad and serve with lemon and sauce
