Fried Fish: Winter special fried fish recipe
This recipe is for those friends who are very fond of eating fish from famous fish corners. Now you can have the same fish at home.
Ingredients:

Fish: 1/2
kg
·
Sugar: ½
teaspoon
·
Yogurt: ½ cup
·
Garlic
& ginger paste: 2 tablespoons
·
Onions
crushed: ½
small size
·
Cumin
powder: 1 teaspoon
·
Coriander
crushed: 1 tbsp.
·
Red
chilies crushed: 1 teaspoon
·
Black
peppers: ¼ teaspoon
·
Salt
to taste
·
Oil
to fry
Procedure:
1. Apply water mixed vinegar or
thin garlic paste on fish and keep it aside for 10 minutes then wash it.
2. Take yogurt in a large bowl
and add all the ingredients to it and prepare a paste.
3. Now add fish and mix
thoroughly and gently.
4. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
5. Now heat oil in a saucepan
and fry the fish for 10 minutes on medium heat
6. Do not overcook so that you
can enjoy its natural juicy texture
