Frothy texture. This is the only reason for using instant coffee powder for whipped coffee.Whipped coffee can be
prepared in both hot and cold forms. It depends on what you need, a frothy latte
or simply a cold latte
Ingredients for Whipped Coffee
Instant coffee powder: 2
tablespoons
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Hot water: 2 tablespoons
Milk: ½ cup
Ice: 3 to 4 cubes
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of coffee, 2 tablespoons of hot water, and 2 tablespoons of sugar (sugar can be taken as per your requirement)
- Mix the ingredients of the coffee together.
- Mix it with an electric mixer thoroughly by moving the mixer in a circular motion and from the center outwards
- You can whisk it by hand if an electric mixer is not available, but mixing requires being perfect to have the real taste of the coffee
- Mixing to be done until a light uniform mixture is formed and fluffiness appears.
- Now, take 3 to 4 cubes in the cup and add milk to it.
- Add the coffee mixture on top of the milk and serve
- Gently insert a spoon into it from the top and remove. Keep spooning until mixed properly. Now enjoy your coffee.
Tips and Variations
In order to have the true taste of the whipped coffee, two things are of prime importance: first, never use finely ground espresso or regular coffee for this recipe, and second, mix the ingredients thoroughly to have a light, fluffy texture.
