LOSE EXCESS BODY FAT WITHOUT EXERCISE & DIETING
In old days it was believed that weight gain is strongly associated with aging. It may be a contributing factor but as a whole, this is not true. Young middle-aged men and women are also gaining weight and becoming obese. Even at a young age, rapid weight and body fat gain and
complaints of bloating are being seen. This all is due to our eating habits and style of living. We have made a habit of consuming a lot of fast food. Nowadays, there is a variety of delicious sweets, desserts and cocktails, and juices. So, unpremeditatedly, we consume sweets and other fat-containing foods, consequently, we are suffering a lot from obesity and other diseases.Weight
lose while dieting is followed by fatigue, laziness, and constant tiredness.
People want to lose weight but actually, due to daily lots of physical and
mental activities, they cannot achieve their target.
So, we
are going to disclose some of the ways that can be adopted to lose weight
and shed some extra fat without exercise.
1)
CHECK
YOUR BODY AND MAKE UP ANY MINERAL DEFICIENCY
The human body is a masterpiece of the Creator. It maintains a
natural balance of everything within it and reacts to every foreign agent
entering our body. In order to maintain a balance of everything in body-brain
dictates different organs to perform the specific task. For instance, the pituitary
gland and thyroid glands work to gather to control the amounts of Thyroxin The stimulating hormone which in turn is directly responsible for the effectiveness
of our metabolism and different other body functions. If the Thyroid gland is not
functioning properly say it is over-active then the pituitary gland can do nothing
with this. So in order to get the right amount of different hormones in the
body, one must have to treat his thyroid issue first. Likewise, other body
functions can be understood. I deliberately mentioned the example of the thyroid
gland here because this gland possesses a very vital role to control our
body weight.
There is a condition in which our thyroid gland is less
active and does not produce the required amount of thyroxin needed for the proper
functionality of the body's metabolism. This condition is called hypothyroidism.
If anyone gains extra weight in spite of controlled eating
habits (I am not mentioning that he is doing regular exercises to control his
weight because one may not be able to do body exercises due to fatigue caused
by hyperthyroidism) he must have to get his body clinically examined. A health care professional may recommend some blood or stool tests that can point out
the actual cause of obesity. One of my closest friends has suffered from this
situation where he was gaining his body weight. Eventually, one day he felt
some sort of swelling on his feet. He visited his doctor and got his clinical
examination. He was suffering from Hypothyroidism. Similarly, other factors
contributing to weight gain may also be sorted out by visiting your doctor. The
last and not the least thing is, “Do not exhaust your body merely focusing on
exercise rather sort out any physical illness first because it is not possible
to gain weight without any physical disturbance. It may be some sort of
stress.
2)
GET
ENOUGH SLEEP
If we complete our eight hours of sleep, all the organs of our body start working very well, so getting enough sleep is very important for
dissolving excess body fat according to the latest research report.
3)
EAT
SLOWLY AND CHEW YOUR FOOD THOROUGHLY.
Eating food slowly will signal your brain that you have
eaten enough and you will have a feeling of fullness. At the same time chewing
thoroughly will help in eating slowly and reduce the size of the food which can
be digested easily. Remember that proper digestion of the food helps in fat
reduction.
4)
EAT
IN SMALLER PORTIONS
Take food in smaller portions will help our stomach indigestion. An overloaded stomach cannot work properly and results in fat build
up. For this purpose, we can reduce the size of our plate so that less food may
be served. This will have a psychological effect on the brain as to how much food
we have consumed. The number of meals in a day may be increased when you are eating
smaller portions but keep a watch on calorie intake per day.
5)
DO
NOT ADD SUGAR TO YOUR DRINKS.
Try to consume homemade fruit juices or shakes without
sugar. This will helps to burn your fat as eating less sugary drinks will speed
up the fat loss process. Drinks with sugar triple fold the process of fat
build-up as compared to sugar added solid foods. Sugary drinks provide a lesser
degree of fullness and a higher amount of sugar available for conversion to fat
as compared to sugary solid foods. So the fewer calories you consume, the
faster you will lose weight. Do not consume soda-containing beverages as they
have a lot of sugar and other harmful chemicals that slow down your natural
metabolism and destroys the activity of your enzymes producing organs. Also,
they are causing different diseases in the human body.
6)
INCREASE
FIBER INTAKE
Increased intake of fiber in food will increase the feeling
of stomach fullness and also help in reduced calorie intake. It also improves bowel movement and helps in strengthening the digestion system. Fiber-containing foods are oat,, cereals, beans, and flax seeds.
7)
INCREASE
WATER INTAKE
Water intake not only helps in flushing the stomach but
also helps in burning calories. It is very important to know that when to
drink water. One thing is as simple as drink water when you feel thirsty and
the other we do not drink water with meals (if needed drink hot water). We may
drink water half an hour before meals and should not drink cold water before the digestion process is complete because it will stop the digestion process in the
stomach by quenching down the stomach temperature. After that we should drink
water after small intervals of time for this purpose initially we may set an
alarm to remind us of water intake.
8)
INCREASE
INTAKE OF PROTEIN
Protein is converted into amino acid chains in our small
intestine and further broken down into individual amino acids with the help of
enzymes. Absorption of protein will increase the feeling of fullness and the result
will be reduced food intake. The person who takes a protein-based diet for
breakfast consumes less food in lunch and hence fewer calories intake. Protein-based foods are Chicken, eggs, fish, and dairy products.
9)
EAT
FOODS TO BOOST METABOLISM
There are many foods that improve our metabolism and helps in
cutting down excess body fat. For
example, Apple cider vinegar is being used for a long to cure various diseases.
It plays an important role in fat melting and speeding up metabolism.
For this purpose, take two tablespoons of apple cider
vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it daily in the morning. It will help cut down on excess body fat
and reduce the feeling of frequent hunger.
