DISNEY CHURROS — A SECRET CHURROS RECIPE IS
PUBLIC NOW
Fried churros is a snack of Spanish origin, and
it is a type of special fried star-shaped doughnut sticks very popular in
Central and South America. They are also found in cuisines of Spain, Portuguese,
the Philippines, and France. It is called Disney churros because it got fame
from Disneyland resort.
The taste of these famous churros is just like
cinnamon doughnuts with crispy ridges. The inner part of the Churro is fluffy,
just like doughnuts. They are best in taste when freshly prepared, but can be
served at parties after reheating.
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 1 normal-sized leveled
cup
Eggs: 3 medium-sized
Butter or vegetable oil (whatever is available):
8 tablespoons
Sugar (brown sugar or some sugar-free sweetening
syrup may also be used): ½ cup
Cinnamon finely ground: ¾ teaspoons or as per your
taste
Normal drinking water: 1 cup
Salt: ¼ teaspoons or according to your taste
Oil: Take oil just to fry
METHOD:
Take one cup of water in a saucepan and add
butter, cinnamon, and salt in it as per mentioned quantities.
Heat the mixture until it starts boiling
vigorously. Do not extend cooking time on high heat, just reduce the heat.
Add a cup of flour to it and mix swiftly. Keep
mixing to form a ball.
Remove it from the stove and let it cool down
for about 5 to 6 minutes
Now, add eggs one by one and keep stirring until
combined well.
Heat oil in another saucepan until temperature
reaches 180 degrees C.
To have star-shaped churros, pass the mixture
through a bag fitted with a star-like opening or hole. Prepare two inches
strips of dough by cutting with a knife.
Add these churro bites to heated oil and fry
until golden brown.
Remove with a mesh strainer on a paper towel.
Add sugar and cinnamon powder to churro bites
and mix until coated. Your favorite homemade churros are ready.
Put them on a serving plate and serve them with
your favorite dipping sauce.
