BREAD LASAGNA: Lasagna is a very famous dish nowadays. You can prepare it yourself at home. It is a recipe with simple ingredients and good taste. Do try it.

INGREDIENTS:

White Sauce:

  • Milk:                                        2 cups
  • Butter:                                    1 tablespoon
  • Flour:                                      2 tablespoons
  • Oregano                                 1 teaspoon
  • Salt:                                         According to taste
  • White pepper:                       1 teaspoon

Chicken Curry:

  • Chicken minced:                    ½         kilogram
  • Onion:                                     ½         cup
  • Garlic:                                     1 tablespoon
  • Tomato:                                  1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup:                   1 cup
  • Salt:                                         According to taste
  • Chopped red pepper:           1 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder:                    1 teaspoon
  • Oregano:                                Half a tablespoon

Vegetables:

  • Green Capsicum:                   1 quarter cup
  • Red Capsicum:                       1 quarter cup
  • Yellow Capsicum:                  1 quarter cup
  • Mushrooms:                          1 quarter cup
  • Salt:                                         According to taste
  • 4 chopped red chilies:         1 teaspoon

Assembling:

  • Bread slices:                          8 digits
  • Mozzarella Cheese:               As needed
  • Cheddar Cheese:                   As needed
  • Oregano:                                As needed

PROCEDURE:

  • Put butter and flour in a pan and cook for one minute.
  • Now add milk, oregano, salt, and white pepper and cook on low heat.
  • Then cook the sauce until it thickens and set aside.

Chicken Minced Recipe:

  • Heat cooking oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, and cook for a while.
  • Now add minced chicken and cook for five minutes.
  • Then add tomatoes, salt, chopped red pepper, black pepper, and oregano and cook for six to seven minutes.
  • When the minced chicken is well cooked, add ketchup and cook for three to four minutes. The chicken filling is ready.

Recipe for frying vegetables:

  • Heat cooking oil in a pan and add green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, mushrooms, corn, salt, and chopped red pepper and cook for two to three minutes.
  • Fried vegetables are ready.

Assembling:

  • Take bread slices, cut their sides and thin them with rolling pin
  • Now spread the prepared white sauce in a baking dish.
  • Then spread bread crumbs on it.
  • Now spread mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and fried vegetables on it.
  • Then add another layer of bread slices and top with mozzarella, cheddar cheese and fried vegetables.
  • Now sprinkle oregano on it and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
  • Delicious bread is ready
