AFGHAN MEAT: This recipe is very easy and rich in taste. You should try Afghani Meat once.
Ingredients:
- Meat: 1 Kg
- Ginger: 50 grams
- Tomatoes: 6
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander: 1 tablespoon
- Onion: 100 grams
- Potatoes: ½ Kg
- Ghee: 1 cup
- Salt: As desired
PROCEDURE:
Cut the meat into small pieces, put ghee in a pot, and fry.
Add coriander, ground ginger, and fry in it and add enough
water to cook the meat.
Cut onion, tomato into 6,6 pieces.
Boil the potatoes and make them into pieces.
When the meat is done, add all the ingredients and cook on
low heat for 5 minutes.
