Here is the recipe for White Chicken Biryani. This rice dish is very famous among all types of biryanis

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken:                                  1 kg
  • Rice:                                        2 cups
  • Salt:                                         to taste
  • Ginger:                                   2 inch piece
  • Garlic:                                     4 Gambling
  • Onion:                                    2 to 3 pieces
  • Proven red peppers:          8 pieces
  • White cumin:                       1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Powder:                 1 teaspoon
  • Proven hot spices:              1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt:                                   1 cup
  • Mint:                                      2 tablespoons
  • Milk:                                       1 quarter cup
  • Cooking oil:                          as required

 

PROCEDURE:

  • Mix finely chopped onion, crushed ginger, garlic, salt, red chilies and yogurt.
  • Marinate the meat with this mixture
  • Then heat the saucepan and heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in it and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and seasoned meat.
  • Initially keep the heat high for three to four minutes then cook on low heat and when the meat is done, fry it till the oil separates out.
  • In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of hot spices and cumin seeds to the cooking oil and fry, then add the soaked rice and finely chopped mint and fry.
  • Mix chicken powder in one and a half cup of water, boil it and heat it and put it in rice.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat and when the water is dry, put it on the meat in a saucepan.
  • Add milk and put on low heat.
  • Delicious white chicken biryani is ready
