WHITE CHICKEN BIRYANI:
Here is the recipe for White Chicken Biryani. This rice dish is very famous among all types of biryanis
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken: 1 kg
- Rice: 2 cups
- Salt: to taste
- Ginger: 2 inch piece
- Garlic: 4 Gambling
- Onion: 2 to 3 pieces
- Proven red peppers: 8 pieces
- White cumin: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Proven hot spices: 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Mint: 2 tablespoons
- Milk: 1 quarter cup
- Cooking oil: as required
PROCEDURE:
- Mix finely chopped onion, crushed ginger, garlic, salt, red chilies and yogurt.
- Marinate the meat with this mixture
- Then heat the saucepan and heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in it and add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and seasoned meat.
- Initially keep the heat high for three to four minutes then cook on low heat and when the meat is done, fry it till the oil separates out.
- In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of hot spices and cumin seeds to the cooking oil and fry, then add the soaked rice and finely chopped mint and fry.
- Mix chicken powder in one and a half cup of water, boil it and heat it and put it in rice.
- Cover and cook over medium heat and when the water is dry, put it on the meat in a saucepan.
- Add milk and put on low heat.
- Delicious white chicken biryani is ready
