TANDOORI CHICKEN PIZZA:
Ingredients:
- Chicken: 1 piece
- Crushed red pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic oil: 2 tablespoons
- Oysters, lemon juice: 3, 3 tablespoons
- Barbecue spices: 6 tablespoons
- White vinegar: 6 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- Onion (chopped): half a number
- Tomato puree: 1 cup
- Crushed garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped red and black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- Capsicum (finely chopped): 1 tablespoon
- Tomato (finely chopped): 1 tablespoon
- Olives (finely chopped): half, half a cup
- Mushrooms (finely chopped): half, half a cup
- Corn kernels: as required
- Mozzarella Cheese crushed: 400 grams
PROCEDURE:
Mix all the ingredients except butter and apply on the
chicken.
Wrap the chicken in plastic and refrigerate for two hours
then cook in a steamer. Put butter on the chicken and cook in a preheated oven
at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cut it into small pieces.
Mix yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water and leave for
fifteen minutes.
Mix baking powder, yeast, and salt in flour and knead and
leave for four hours. Knead the dough for a while, then roll out the bread and
set it in the pizza pan.
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onion. Then mix all the ingredients
of the sauce and cook till the oil comes up and turns off the stove.
Cover the bread with sauce, capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms,
chicken, corn kernels, olives, and cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180
degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
