MUTTON QORMA:
Here is the most famous, easy, and traditional cooking recipe of Mutton Qorma.
INGREDIENTS:
- Meat: 1.5 kg
- Cloves: 10 pieces
- Yogurt: 250 grams
- Oil: 1 cup
- Garlic Ginger (paste): 2 teaspoons
- Hot spices (powder): 1 teaspoon
- Green cardamom: 6 pieces
- Tomatoes (sliced): 3 pieces
- Nutmeg (powder): 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
- Water: half a pound
- Onion: 4 pieces
- Mace: 1 teaspoon
PROCEDURE:
- Fry finely round chopped onion in a pan.
- When the onions turn brown, add garlic paste, tomato, ginger paste, and cook.
- Add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, red chilies, salt, turmeric, and yogurt and fry.
- Now add mutton and let it be done.
- When oil separates out, add nutmeg, mace, hot spices, and green chilies, and put on low heat.
- When mutton is thoroughly cooked, remove it from the heat.
- Mutton qorma is ready.
