FOODS THAT HELP STRENGTHEN BONES
Osteoporosis is a disease that
is almost impossible to detect that why it is referred to as a silent disease.
During this disease, the density of the bones decreases, and they become weak.

in every four men suffer from this disease and there has a greater risk of
fractures.
But by adopting a few foods in
your daily life, you can avoid bone weakness as you age.
MILK:
Milk is an excellent source of Calcium,
vitamins A & D, and Phosphorus. Milk of cow is good for bone strength and
drinking fortified milk may also be beneficial.
Yogurt
Yogurt is an excellent source
of vitamins A & S, calcium, probiotics, folate, and potassium. Medical
experts have discovered that eating yogurt daily can prevent the risk of bone
weakness and fractures. If you think that you have weak bones, make it a habit
to eat yogurt.
CHEESE:
Cheese is a product of milk and
therefore it is a good source of calcium. It also provides the body with Vitamin
B12, Vitamin A, Zinc, and Phosphorus. It also protects against bone weakness.
PLUM:
Makes bones 20% stronger but
most people are still unaware of its benefits. A medical study found that dried
potatoes also help strengthen bones and protect the bones from radiation.
GREEN LEAFY
VEGETABLES:
Green leaves vegetables such as
greens, spinach, and cabbage are an excellent source of antioxidants, calcium,
and vitamins C & K. Regular use of these vegetables strengthens bones as
well as the body's immune system.
DRIED FRUITS:
Peanuts, Cashews, and Almonds
are very good sources of Magnesium. It helps in improving the structure of

FISH:
