This recipe of “Spicy Chicken

| Spicy Chicken Biryani |
Ingredients:
- Chicken: 1 kg
- Rice: 1 kg
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Tomato: 2 medium size
- Onions (medium): 5 sliced
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 3 tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 tablespoon or 2 teaspoons
- Spice powder (Masala): 1 tablespoon
- Cloves: 5 ~ 6
- Pepper: 8 ~ 10
- Green cardamom: 5 ~ 6
- Green Chillies: 5 ~ 6
- Oil: 1 cup
- Salt: As per taste
- Mint: 1 bunch (chopped)
- Lemons: 2
- Hot milk: ½ cup
- Yellow color: as required
Procedure:
- Put oil in a cooking pot and fry the chopped onion until they become golden brown.
- Take out the fried onions and keep them aside.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to the oil and fry them for a while.
- Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes (Approx).
- Now add half of the already fried onion, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, cardamom, black pepper, cloves in it and cook until the meat is done.
- Now take off the lid and fry it well.
- Boil the rice with salt, cloves, and black pepper (whole) when rice is 90% done take them out of the heat.
- Make a layer with half the rice and then put the chicken on top with fried onion and lemon juice.
- Make a layer of the remaining rice add sliced lemons, mint, and a pinch of yellow color dissolved in a half cup of warm milk.
- Now put it on slow heat until the steaming starts and slows down (almost 6~8) minutes.
- Spread brown onion on the top of Biryani and serve with Yogurt
