CHICKEN WHITE KARAHI: AN EASY RECIPE OF VERY DELICIOUS CHICKEN WITH A CREAMY TEXTURE - BY HOW TO COOK

Chicken White Karahi: Purely Pakistani chicken dish and is usually served with naan or chapati.

  •     Chicken:                                            ½ Kg
  •     Onion paste (If you like it);                4 tablespoon
  •    Yogurt:                                              200 grams  
  •    Ginger paste:                                    1 tablespoon
  •    Garlic Paste:                                     1 tablespoon
  •   Green Chilli paste:                             4 to 5 tablespoons
  •   Coriander:                                         1 tablespoon, dried,
  •   Black Pepper (Crushed):                  1 teaspoon
  •   Cumin (crushed):                              1 tablespoon
  •   Mixed Spices (Garam Masala):        ¼ teaspoon
  •   Cream:                                             ½ cup
  •   Oil:                                                    ½ cup
  •   Salt as per taste:

Garnish:

  •  Green coriander:                              half a lump
  •  Ginger (chopped sticks):                 one piece

Procedure:

1.    Take oil in the saucepan and fry onion pastes in it for 5 minutes.

2.    Add garlic ginger paste and cook it for two minutes.

3.    Now add chicken and fry for 4 minutes or till light golden color.

4.    Add yogurt, cumin, coriander, black pepper, mixed spices, and cook for 2~3 minutes

5.    Add a cup of water, cover it and cook on high heat till the chicken is done.

6.    Finally add cream, mix it well and add green chilies

7.    Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on low to medium heat.

Add a sliced stick of ginger and green coriander and take it off the stove
