 Spicy Chicken Seekh Kebab:

This is a very popular Pakistani dish. It is made with spiced minced meat of lamb, beef, or chicken which is formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken:                         1 Kg
  • Slices of bread:                6
  • Pepper:                            1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper (crushed):     half spoon
  • Small Cardamoms:         02
  • Roasted white cumin (crushed): half teaspoon
  • Green coriander:             half a bunch
  • Eggs:                                02
  • Onion (small size crushed): 01
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy sauce:                     A tablespoon
  • Oil as required

Procedure:

  • Wash the meat, add salt and bring to a boil. 
  • When it is done, take it off and cool it. 
  • Separate the chicken from the bones and grind in a chopper with toasts. 
  • Mix all the spices well in the crushed meat and add eggs and knead like flour. 
  • Cover and keep for a while. 
  • Make kebabs on a skewer and remove from the skewer as soon as it becomes small. 
  • Add a little oil and fry in a frying pan. 
  • Place on absorbent paper to absorb excess oil and serve.
