Ingredients:

Chicken:
1 Kg
·
Fresh
cream & milk: 1 cup
·
Onion
sliced: 1 medium size
·
Ginger
paste: 1 tablespoon
·
Garlic
Paste: 1 tablespoon
·
Green
Chili paste: 1 tablespoon
·
Red
Chili (crushed): 1
teaspoon
·
Coriander
(crushed): 1 tablespoon, dried,
·
Black
Pepper (Crushed): ½ teaspoon
·
Cumin
(ground): 1
tablespoon
·
Turmeric
powder: ½ teaspoon
·
Mustard
powder: ¼ teaspoon
·
Mixed
Spices (Garam Masala): ¼ teaspoon
·
Salt as per taste:
·
Oil: 1 ½ cup
·
Tomatoes
(peeled off sliced): 350 grams
·
Green
Chili (half cut): 4 ~ 5
Garnish:
·
Green
coriander: half a lump
·
Ginger
(chopped sticks): one piece
Procedure:
1. Take chicken in a large saucepan
and add one and a half cups of water.
2. Add above-mentioned
ingredients; onion, ginger, garlic, green Chilli, Red Chilli, Coriander, black
Pepper, cumin, turmeric powder, mustard powder, and salt. (Take ingredients as mentioned
above)
3. Cook till the chicken is
done. Now add fresh cream & milk to it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the heat.
4. Take one and half cup oil in
another saucepan and heat it.
5. In thoroughly heated oil add
chopped tomatoes and fry them for about 4~5 minutes. Now add green chilies and
cook it for another 3~4 minutes.
6. Now add these
tomatoes/chilies in the chicken and cook till oil separates out.
7. Add sliced sticks of ginger
and green coriander and take it off the stove.
8. Serve it with Nan or Chapati.
