MEXICAN BURRITO: This is the easiest Burrito recipe ever.
Whenever you eat Mexican Burrito either instantly after cooking or have them later by heating in a microwave, I assure you that you will enjoy this tasty homemade burrito. The recipe is very easy and you will prepare it again and again.
Ingredients:

Grounded
Beef (lean): 500 gm
·
Boiled Rice: 2
cups (take one cup, after boiling it will be 02 cups)
·
Shredded
Cheddar cheese: 1 cup Soft
·
tortillas: 6 nos
·
Boiled
corn & beans 1 cup
·
Salsa: 1 cup
·
Tomato: 1
·
Crushed
onion: 1
·
Lettuce
leaves: 1 cup
For
beef cooking:
·
Garlic
paste: 1 tbsp
·
Ginger
Paste: 1 tbsp
·
Chilli
powder: 1 tbsp
·
Ground
cumin: 1
teaspoon
·
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
·
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
·
Salt: ¼ teaspoon
·
Black
pepper: ¼ teaspoon
Procedure:
1. 1.
Cook
the minced beef in the above-mentioned spices for half an hour.
2.
Take
tortillas and in the centerline spread an equal portion of the corn. Then spread rice, beef, salsa (as per requirement)
and finally, cheese over them. (follow the sequence)
3. Spread crushed onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
4. Prepare the rolls of tortillas and cover them in foil.
5. Put them in the baking dish and cook it for 25 minutes in a 180~200 deg C preheated oven.
6. Cut from the center and serve.
7. It is best to have it with yogurt.
NOTE: Chicken Tikka 02 leg pieces (remove bones) can be used
instead of beef. (no need to cook, just add, roll and eat)
