Hot Chilli Mexican Salad: This is my favorite salad having balanced nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
Ingredient:

Onion: 1
·
capsicum: 1
·
Tomato: 1
·
Red kidney beans: 1 cup
·
Garlic chopped: 1 tablespoon
·
Coriander: 2 tablespoon
·
Lemon juice: 4 tablespoon
·
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
·
Salt: 1/2
teaspoon
·
Chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
·
Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon
·
Cumin: 1
tablespoon
·
Orange juice: 1/2 cup
·
Oil: 2
tablespoon
Method:
1.
Cut onions, capsicum,
tomatoes and red kidney beans and put in a bowl.
2.
Now mix chopped
garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, brown sugar, cumin,
orange juice and oil separately,
3.
Put in vegetables and
mix them. In end, put green coriander and serve.
