Grilled Spicy Chicken:
Here is the long-awaited mouthwatering Grilled Spicy Chicken recipe. It is easy to do and takes less preparation time. Grilled spicy chicken can be served as a full course meal.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Breast: 1 Kg
- one lemon Juice
- salt as per requirement
Marinade:
- Mango Powder (amchur): 1 tablespoon (or 3 tablespoon lemon juice)
- Cumin seeds (crushed): 1/2 tablespoon
- Mixed spices (Garam masala): 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Ginger: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder: 1 ½ teaspoon
- Cumin (crushed): 1 teaspoon
- Coriander (crushed): 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt: 200 ml
Procedure:
- Slash each piece of chicken 3-4 times and place them in a non-stick dish.
- Squeeze lemon juice with salt on top, cover, and set aside.
- In the meantime, place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, cover, and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- When you want to cook, remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on the grill rack.
- Bake for 15 minutes over a medium-hot grill, turn upside down
- Keep on cooking until they are slightly brown.
- Serve hot with salad and lemon juice to squeeze
