GRILLED SPICY CHICKEN: Easy to make full course meal by how to cook

Grilled Spicy Chicken: 

Here is the long-awaited mouthwatering Grilled Spicy Chicken recipe. It is easy to do and takes less preparation time. Grilled spicy chicken can be served as a full course meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Breast:                                 1 Kg
  • one lemon Juice 
  • salt as per requirement

Marinade: 

  • Mango Powder (amchur):                 1 tablespoon (or 3 tablespoon lemon juice)
  •  Cumin seeds (crushed):                      1/2 tablespoon
  • Mixed spices (Garam masala):            1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Ginger:                                      1 tablespoon
  •  Garlic:                                                1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder:                                1 ½ teaspoon
  •  Cumin (crushed):                                1 teaspoon
  •  Coriander (crushed):                           1 tablespoon
  •  Yogurt:                                               200 ml


Procedure:

  • Slash each piece of chicken 3-4 times and place them in a non-stick dish.
  • Squeeze lemon juice with salt on top, cover, and set aside.
  •  In the meantime, place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until combined.
  • Pour this mixture over the chicken, cover, and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • When you want to cook, remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on the grill rack.
  •  Bake for 15 minutes over a medium-hot grill, turn upside down
  • Keep on cooking until they are slightly brown.
  • Serve hot with salad and lemon juice to squeeze
