FRIED CHICKEN: Crunchy, crispy, spicy chicken to give your taste buds a special move
Ingredients:

Chicken: 1 Kg
·
Salt: 1
teaspoon
·
Black Pepper Freshly
ground: 1 teaspoon
·
Red or white chili
powder: 2 teaspoon
·
Garlic: 2
tbsp
·
Ginger: 1 tbsp
·
White Cumin Crushed: 1/2 tbsp
·
Ghee/oil: to fry the chicken
Coating:
·
White Flour: 1-1 /
4 Cup
·
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
·
Eggs: 1
nos.
·
Milk: 3/4
cup
·
Salt: to
taste
PROCEDURE:
1)
Properly
dry the chicken pieces after washing
2)
Add
all spices in the chicken and mix well.
3)
Put
the chicken in the freezer overnight or at least for 3 to 4 hours before
frying.
4)
In
this way the meat becomes very crispy.
5)
Before
frying, add salt, baking powder, egg, and milk in the flour.
6)
Fry
the chicken on medium flame.
7) When they turn red, take them out and serve tomato ketchup.
