Spicy
Barbeque (BBQ) smoked fish is a smooth blend of tuna or pomfret
with household spices. The recipe is perfect for everyone.

(Pomfret/kingfish): one piece
400 grams
·
Small
onions 4
·
Cooking
oil 2
tablespoons
For marinade:
·
Lemon
juice: 3
tablespoons
·
Brown
Shower (Sugar): 2 tablespoons
·
Olives: 16
·
Tomatoes: 2 medium-sized
·
Pepper
(crushed): 1 teaspoon
·
Ginger
paste: 1
tablespoon
· Salt to taste
Procedure:
1)
Clean
the fish and cut it into flat pieces without thorns. Wash the fish pieces and
cut them into one-inch cubes.
2)
Peel
and wash small onions. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Cut them
into one-inch cubes.
3)
Mix
lemon juice, crushed pepper, salt, ginger paste, and brown sugar. Dip fish,
tomato, and small onion in it for one hour.
4)
Now
insert fish, tomato, and onion on the skewer. For example, a piece of fish, a
small onion, a piece of olive and tomato. Arrange these rods on a wire rack.
Cook on the grill and bottom for eight minutes.
5) Apply cooking oil on these skewers. Then cook on the grill and bottom for four minutes. Serve immediately.
