Afghani Grilled Chicken TIKKA: Easiest and convenient way of making Afghani Grilled Chicken
Afghani chicken Tikka is the Chicken glazed with normal household ingredients and grilled or baked. It is ready in just 30 minutes. So, here is the recipe for finger licking best Afghani grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
- Chicken: 1 kg (square pieces)
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Green coriander (coarsely chopped): 2 tablespoons
- Green Chilies (Finely Chopped): 2 tbsp
- Kachri powder: 1 teaspoon
- Meat melting powder: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
- Onion (finely chop): 1 cup
- Salt as per requirement
- Oil: 1/4 cup
Procedure:
1) In
a bowl, add meat, curd, green coriander, green chilies, Kachri powder, meat
grinder, garlic, ginger paste, salt, onion, and oil and mix and keep in the
fridge for 3-4 hours.
2) Add
spices to the barbecue and place in a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at
180 degrees C in a preheated oven.
3) When
ready, put in a serving dish along with tomatoes and lemons, and serve.
