CHICKEN KORMA: Chicken Korma tastes just like that on Pakistani wedding ceremonies
Ingredients:

Chicken: ½ Kg
·
Yogurt: ¼ Kg
·
Onion: ½
Kg
·
Ginger Garlic Paste: 3 tablespoon
·
Small cardamom: 4 to 5
·
Nutmeg (Jaifal): 1/2 teaspoon
·
Mace (Javitri): 1/2 teaspoon
·
Crushed red pepper: 2 teaspoons
·
Almonds: 6 Nos
·
Oil As per requirement
·
Salt: As per
requirement
PROCEDURE:
·
Heat
the oil and fry onions in it and take it out.
·
In
the same oil add half Kg chicken and 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry it.
·
Grind
fried onion, 6 almonds, and yogurt in a grinder and add the pasta in chicken.
·
Add
two tablespoons of ground red pepper, Add 4 to 5 small cardamoms and salt to taste, and fry for
a while.
·
Finally, add half a teaspoon of nutmeg and
half a teaspoon of Mace.
· Delicious chicken curry is ready.
